Girl has every right to have her body frozen

Midweek Sport - - NEWS -

EVERYONE has kicked up such a fuss about the decision that was made to allow a 14-year-old girl to be frozen cryogenically after she passed away from cancer.

It’s her life so it should be her decision! I know she’s young, and her mum and dad had different views on whether her wish should be carried out, but if I was in their shoes then I know I would do anything I could to make my child happy and fulfil their dying wish.

Who are we to take away that girl’s final requests just because it’s something we might not agree with, or know anything about?

If I knew I was dying I would definitely pay to do it as well – yes, we don’t currently have the science to reverse the procedure and bring people back, but we’re making advances every single day, so who is to say it won’t happen sometime soon?

And, even if it doesn’t, that young girl died happy, knowing that her wish was being granted and with a small glimmer of hope that she may, one day, live a longer life.

Whether it works or not, that girl would sadly have died either way, so what’s the harm in her body being frozen?

Without people doing things like this, I don’t see how we would ever be able to experiment and develop the right technology to make the procedure work.

If you ask me, it’s no different than people who choose to donate their bodies to medical science after death. BEFORE I slate anyone for having lip fillers, I put my hands up and admit that I have had mine done two or three times in my life.

But these days, young celebrities seem determined to pump their faces full of crap just to get the biggest lips you could imagine.

One of the worst offenders Charlotte Crosby from who looks more like a cartoon character these days after having so much filler injected into her lips. is

I couldn’t believe it when I read a story in one of the gossip magazines which said Charlotte’s lips actually SPLIT and started bleeding during an interview – and she just carried on as normal. That is not normal! These reality stars are promoting a hideous body image to vulnerable young girls.

Someone needs to tell them that they look ridiculous and to give it a rest with the fillers!
