Midweek Sport - - NEWS -

ALMOST half of women think that technology – like virtual reality sex – will make BONKING better.

New research shows that 40 per cent of ladies can’t wait for technology to advance as they believe it will improve their bedroom experiences.

The survey, carried out by fertility app Natural Cycles, quizzed more than 2,000 women aged 17-50 on their attitudes towards the future of sex.

A whopping 60% of those asked admitted to using sex toys regularly in the bedroom and would be willing to give more futuristic devices a go.

And 16% confessed that they are eager to give virtual reality sex a try.

Dr Elina Berglund, co-founder of Natural Cycles, said: “‘Brits love technology and new gadgets and are open-minded about its use when it comes to sex.

“And future technologies, like advanced wearable tech, virtual reality, intelligent sex toys and artificial skin, are becoming part of our everyday lives and redefining the way we enjoy sex.”

The survey also found that 15% of respondents currently use apps to seek out sexual satisfaction and one-in-five said they would like to use social media for sexual arousal.

While almost all of those asked (95%) admitted that they love technology, they would however happily bid farewell to social media in favour of shagging.

We showed the findings to Midweek Sport stunna Alexis Cole, from Stevenage, and asked the 36C scorcher what she reckons about the use of technology in the bedroom.

The 29-year-old topless model said: “Anything that improves sex or spices up the experience, is fine by me!

“Who wouldn’t want to try something if it promises to give you better orgasms or make the shag last longer? There’s no point being prudish about it!

“I love sex toys and have quite a big selection already, so once things like virtual reality sex are readily available I will definitely be giving it a go!”
