TAKE That star Mark Owen reckons the only thing he can remember from the band’s heydays is holding a PINEAPPLE at a photoshoot.

The 45-year-old singer ( above) said the boyband were so busy that most of the Nineties are a blur.

They were formed in 1990 and enjoyed six years of global success before splitting in 1996 – but Mark claims he can’t remember a thing.

He said: “People think you have all these incredible memories but you don’t – when you go through all that madness you just can’t process it.

“I look back and I see a blur. If you ask me what I remember from the Nineties, my actual clearest memory is of holding a pineapple at a photoshoot.”

Take That, who re-formed in 2005, started off as a five-piece, but are now down to just three, including Mark, Gary Barlow and Howard Donald.

Their new single, Giants, will be released on Friday.
