Caz is up for prize
WATERLOO-BASED cake shop Caz’s Kitchen has been shortlisted in the Merseyside Independent Business Awards 2017 in both the Retailer of the Year and Community Impact Award category.
The awards ceremony will be taking place at the Rum Warehouse, Titanic Hotel, Liverpool on Thursday, October 12 when the overall winners will be announced.
Caroline Hill, who owns Caz’s Kitchen, says the businesses ethos is ‘‘to spread the love to our community through the medium of cake!’’

On being nominated for two awards Caroline said: “Woohoo and wow!
“Thanks for the shortlisting @mibawards #MIB17 and big love to all our customers that took the time to write into us comments for us to use as part of our application. “Best customers ever! “We are feeling very proud to be nominated especially as it’s great promotion for our local community: Waterloo and St. John’s Road.”
