ROLLING STOCK

The rolling stock found on ‘RSS’ is largely traditional, including 16 ton mineral wagons and 12 ton vans - some of the most common types seen on the network during my chosen era (late 1960s to early 1970s). A few ‘jokers’ are included in order to break up the monotony, as well as add operational difficulty due to increased lengths. Such examples include a ‘Weltrol’, a ‘Lowmac’, a couple of brake vans, and an EX-GWR shunter’s truck.
