Put 150g rolled oats and 750ml milk in a non-stick saucepan over a medium heat and bring to a gen­tle boil, stir­ring oc­ca­sion­ally. Once boil­ing, add 200g rasp­ber­ries or hulled straw­ber­ries, and stir gen­tly. Place the lid on the saucepan, turn off the heat and leave to sit for 10 min­utes. Gen­tly stir then serve, sprin­kled with 1 tbsp chia seeds, toasted co­conut flakes, a few fresh berries and a lit­tle jug of ex­tra milk for pour­ing over.
