Bursting with juicy raspberries, which are rich in vitamin C, this yummy breakfast from Little Pip Eats the Colours of the Rainbow (£9.99, Murdoch Books) will be a hit with all the family.
Put 150g rolled oats and 750ml milk in a non-stick saucepan over a medium heat and bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, add 200g raspberries or hulled strawberries, and stir gently. Place the lid on the saucepan, turn off the heat and leave to sit for 10 minutes. Gently stir then serve, sprinkled with 1 tbsp chia seeds, toasted coconut flakes, a few fresh berries and a little jug of extra milk for pouring over.
