Fresh figs are in sea­son right now, and they’re great for mums-to-be as they’re packed with zinc and potas­sium, plus fi­bre to help keep con­sti­pa­tion at bay. This good-for-you but oh-so-deca­dent dessert is a per­fect treat for when you’re hav­ing a cosy night in with a box set and your part­ner. Pre­heat the oven to 180˚C/ 350˚F/gas mark 4. Cut six figs in half and place on a shal­low bak­ing dish. Driz­zle with 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp or­ange juice, and sprin­kle each with a pinch of cin­na­mon. Bake for 20 min­utes or un­til soft, and serve with a few spoon­fuls of Greek yo­ghurt. Serves four.
