Q I’m about to move my six-month-old daughter into the same bedroom as her big sister. How do I manage bedtime?

Coordinating sleep routines between children of different ages can be tricky! But create a routine where you put your baby into bed first. Take some quiet activities for your older daughter to do upstairs while you do this, then she can have her bath and story time while her little sister is falling asleep. Your baby should be in her deepest sleep 40 to 60 minutes after she drops off, so that’s the perfect time for you to pop your older daughter into bed.
