Britcar champions sign up to defend their crown with Ferrari
Reigning Britcar Endurance champions Calum Lockie and David Mason will return to the revamped series this year, while touring car team Power Maxed Racing will also field an entry.
Former British GT title-winner Lockie has scored many wins in Britcar categories over the years and will again enter an FF Corse Ferrari alongside Mason.
Meanwhile, DNA Motorsport will run a SEAT Leon K1 in the Production series and will receive support from Power Maxed.
Former touring car racer Joe Girling and VAG Trophy race winner John Robins will drive for the team.
“With the knowledge of set-up and support with the Power Maxed BTCC team, along with reserve drivers Josh Cook or Paul O’neill, we look forward to this challenge and hope our fresh approach will put us at the front,” said Robins.
Phil Hanson and Nigel Moore are plotting an entry in the Endurance series. The duo shared an Audi R8 in a Britcar Trophy round in 2015 and will race with Tockwith Motor Sports this year.
