BRITISH GT IS BOOMING, AND HERE’S WHO TO WATCH OUT FOR
It’s still here, it’s still at the head of the field, and it’ll still provide the most spectacular machinery. GT3 will undoubtedly serve up a great title fight as there is much new about the faster category.
But of that shiny newness, a lot of it hasn’t come from the cars themselves. Part of the reason for the lower entry is that GT3 products are in a transitional period. Many teams have opted to stick with their known machinery as the new products from big hitters such as Ferrari, BMW, Porsche and Mercedes are largely unproven on track.
