Sauber strife

Sauber head Monisha Kaltenborn has blasted both of her drivers after their “unacceptable” collision in Monaco. Felipe Nasr opted to ignore a call from the team asking him to move aside for Marcus Ericsson. Ericsson then tried to pass Nasr anyway at Rascasse, only to collide with the sister car and earn a threeplace grid penalty for Canada. “Both were in the wrong,” said Kaltenborn. “It’s about a team and there are many people who are working very hard for us to secure a point, to show a good performance, and the two young men have to be aware of their responsibility and I’m sure they are.”
