-

The motor racing season has really hit full stride now, and the TV guide is adamant that you shouldn’t miss any of the fantastic events covered on TV.

From the past few weeks, there was a couple of major events worth recapping. The Le Mans 24 Hours – surely the biggest single motor racing event in the world – is available for another watch (Thursday, 08000900hrs, BT Sport 1) and also the undercard, the GT3 Le Mans Cup (Friday, 1240-1310hrs, Motors TV) featured British entrants.

Last weekend was another classic, with DTM (Wednesday, 17301830hrs, BT Sport 1) and European F3’s (Wednesday, 1630-1730hrs, BT Sport 1) annual visit to the Norisring. One of Europe’s best street circuits always produces excellent action, and usually some wet weather to increase the drama.

On the loose, there’s British Cross Country Championship action (Wednesday, 1925-2030hrs, Motors TV) and in club there’s Caterham highlights (Thursday, 1515-1545hrs, Motors TV).

Finally, last weekend boasted the Goodwood Festival of Speed (Wednesday, 2130-2330hrs, Sky Sports F1). If you can’t find anything you like from the vast plethora of options there then you aren’t a motorsport fan.
