There’s plenty of excellent action from the UK to keep you entertained this week as the football, tennis and Brexit continue to dominate your screens.
First off; a chance to recap last weekend’s excellent action from Spa. One of the blue ribbon events of the British GT calendar (Saturday, 1200-1300hrs, Motors TV), what’s not to love about a domestic series heading to Belgium (are you listening British Rally Championship). Like a loyal friend, the BRDC F3 championship supports (Saturday, 1155-1300hrs, ITV4).
Instead of a national championship heading abroad, what about an international series holding rounds in the UK? If you missed the Formula E finale at Battersea Park the weekend before last, you simply must see it (Thursday, 0800-0830hrs, BT Sport 1). You won’t be disappointed.
Last weekend was the Nicky Grist Stages, and there’s the usual opportunity to see the excellent coverage from Special Stage TV (Friday, 2115-2150hrs, Motors TV). The round was interspersed with the British Rally Championship and produced plenty of drama.
Sticking with rallying, this weekend is Rally Estonia, where last year a NR4 production-spec car beat a host of R5s. End of day highlights are available (Saturday, 2310-2355hrs, Eurosport 1 and Sunday, 2200-2230hrs, Eurosport 1).
