Esteban Gutierrez says he has been surprised by the level of support provided by the Haas F1 Team while he waits for news on his seat for 2017. Gutierrez has yet to score a point for the team and is waiting on news about his future with the American squad. “I’m actually surprised by how supportive they’ve been,” said Gutierrez. “You make a big effort, and you see people realise that and they see how you are performing. It’s also frustrating for them because they want me to be successful, they want me to get results, but they are behind me.”
