Gerry Mar­shall Tro­phy race un­der­goes tweaks

The Gerry Mar­shall Tro­phy race at the Good­wood Mem­bers’ Meet­ing in March will run into the dusk of Satur­day even­ing for the first time.

The race for Group 1 Tour­ing Cars of the 1970s and early 1980s is one of the event’s high­lights and will take the pres­ti­gious Satur­day early even­ing slot for a one-hour, two-driver race on March 18.

Fa­mous rac­ers will share the cars with the own­ers and driv­ers ex­pected this year in­clude An­drew Jor­dan, Tim Har­vey and Stu­art Gra­ham.

The own­ers will also get to con­test the Gerry Mar­shall Sprint race on Sun­day, a shorter race fea­tur­ing a re­versed grid, based on the fin­ish­ing or­der from Satur­day even­ing.
