Mar­cus Arm­strong won the open­ing race of the New Zealand-based Toy­ota Rac­ing Se­ries at the Rua­puna cir­cuit last week­end. The Fer­rari Devel­op­ment driver took the lead from Je­han Daru­vala with a brave move around the out­side at mid- dis­tance. BRDC British F3 racer Thomas Ran­dle in­her­ited the race two win after first-placed Tay­lor Cock­er­ton was pe­nalised for a jump start.
