Third element of London Show revealed
Luxury lifestyle joins boats and watersports holidays
The third element of the recently restructured London Boat Show has been confirmed as a luxury lifestyle event called Bespoke London.
Earlier this year, organisers announced a major revamp of the show, cutting the duration from ten days to five and splitting the show into three separate elements.
The Boat Show remains the central focus, with a brand new Boating & Watersports Holiday Show as the first of the flanking shows to be unveiled. Now, National Boat Shows has confirmed Bespoke London as the other neighbouring event.
According to the organisers, this will be ‘a premium event targeting a global high net worth audience.’
“We are handpicking brands and products that complement the lifestyle of affluent boaters. We’re currently talking to high-end car brands, watch companies, tailors and entertainment services,” explained National Boat Show’s Annabel Wildey. Murray Ellis, chief officer of boat shows, said, “Bespoke London is a big part of our re-imagination of the London Boat Show. The city’s global transport links and world-renowned business heart makes it a hive for ultra-high net worth individuals.”
A beach resort with sand and sea has also been unveiled for the Holiday element of the show.
The new dates for the London Boat Show are January 10-14 at EXCEL. For more on the revamped show, see p16.
