‘Heading in a new direction’

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Features -

The Street Twin represents a new direction for Triumph, perhaps making it even more important than its bigger, more expensive siblings. While the other new Bonnies represent a direct link to the current range and the original (nearly 60 year- old T120), the Street casts a wider net, targeting a larger audience of new and experienced riders alike. It’s lightweight, handles brilliantly, has a beautifully smooth engine, and is laden with cutting- edge technology making it softer and easier to ride than the outgoing Bonneville.

If you want a near direct replacement for your air- cooled Bonnie, the new Street Twin isn’t really it – but if you want a modern naked retro that’s easy to ride, and jaw-achingly smile inducing, then you won’t be disappointed.
