Like the Ducati the BMW’S gearing is suited to Alcarras and it has a useful 196bhp to play with, too, which gives it the second-fastest speed along the straights, but it lacks a little bottom-end power. It’s aggressive and makes you work for your lap time, but it's loads of fun, too.
It’s not as quick-steering as the Ducati or as stable turning in. The excellent electronics keep everything from getting out of shape, but they’re not as refined, especially the wheelie control, as the other three bikes here. If you never knew your lap times you’d swear the allaction Beemer was the fastest here.
