■ Briggs Equip­ment BMW rider Jake Dixon left Oulton Park with hip in­juries fol­low­ing a nasty crash at Brit­ten’s chi­cane in Sun­day’s fi­nal race. The in­ci­dent brought an un­for­tu­nate end to what had been an­other strong week­end for Shane Byrne’s BSB pro­tégé. ■ Ryuichi Kiy­onari showed prom­ise as he made his de­but for the Smiths BMW team this week­end. A tenth place in the se­cond race marked the three-time cham­pion’s se­cond best re­sult of the sea­son

■ Gear­link Kawasaki’s Ma­son Law took his de­but Bri­tish Su­per­sport vic­tory as the cham­pi­onship heated up in Satur­day’s sprint race. Se­ries lead­ers Tar­ran Macken­zie and James West­more­land were equal on points be­fore Sun­day’s fea­ture out­ing, which was won by Bradley Ray.

■ The Pirelli Na­tional Su­per­stock 1000 race ended in drama when se­ries leader Tay­lor Macken­zie pulled a con­tro­ver­sial pass on Ian Hutchin­son at the fi­nal cor­ner re­sult­ing in both crash­ing out of first and se­cond while Josh El­liott took the win. A hear­ing will take place at Don­ing­ton this week­end.
