‘With its accessories fitted, the MT-10’S an easy winner’
The KTM is the most exciting tourer we’ve ever tested. The MT-10 might not have such sharp handling or a generous fuel range, but we like the less-intrusive electronics and the engine is a work of art. It’s loads cheaper, too, even with all its accessories fitted, making it the easy winner of our test. Hot on the heels is the Kawasaki with its comfy seat and stonking engine, but it’s still cramped. The BMW combines comfort with performance, but it isn’t in the same league as the top three. Bringing up the rear is the Aprilia, a machine we all loved, but lacks character and thrills.
