The route

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Escapes -

Snaking over mountains, through forests and around lakes, it’s 175 miles of cornering heaven. There’s a heady mix of traffic-free slow, medium and high-speed corners, all perfectly surfaced.

You’ll use at least two tanks of fuel on this road and tyres will tear up on the edges like they’ve been on a trackday.

It takes the best part of a day to get from Bridgewater to Strahan, but if you get there too early you can loop back 25 miles and 200 corners to Queenstown and back.
