SUZUKI RG250 GAMMA Brought bang into the 21st Century, how about building one Mr Yamaha?

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Dream Garage -

I’m a big fan of the parallel twin RG250 Gamma – all three versions of it. Suzuki were brave in the styling stakes in the 80s and they got all the Gammas bang-on in terms of looks. I’ve owned two

Frame nicked from a Gladius, the wheels are GSX-S1000 and the calipers GSX-R600.

A blend of Mk2 and Mk3 Gamma, the front cowl features twin headlights and a screen that once lived on a scooter. Gammas and currently run a 350YPVS Yammagamma, which is still at the 96% completion stage.

The first concept I did of a Mk2 Gamma was back in 2008 but it didn’t really take the original design anywhere new. I realised then that certain designs are really, really difficult to improve on and that was one of them. I updated the Mk3 Gamma last year and quite pleased with how it turned out.
