Which gloves will give Q me some cold comfort?

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Garage -

I go on two to three tours each year and I need to keep my hands warm and dry. I use a Keis heated jacket and I am just about to buy the heated inner gloves too. I don’t like thick gloves as I like to feel the bike controls. Can you recommend a sub£100 pair of gloves that are waterproof and offer feel? Jay Miller, email

Answered by Keith A Roissetter, Infinity Motorcycles Feel with waterproof gloves can be hard to achieve, especially if you have the heated liners underneath as well. Some of the best compromises I’ve found include the Alpinestars Santiago, the Bering Racer Travellers and the Held Satus. Push the budget a little bit harder by £20 to £30 and you can find some models like the Alpinestars WRVS with Gore Xtrafit technology, which is as good as you’ll get when seeking one pair that will do everything.
