How low can I go on Daytona?

Motorcycle News (UK) - - GARAGE -

I have a Triumph Daytona 900 and I have a problem when having to manoeuvre using leg power. I can touch the ground with both feet, but do not have sufficient purchase to comfortably paddle the bike around. Do you know of any modification kits that will enable a reduction of the rear suspension height so that I can get my feet on the floor easier? Nigel Froude, email

Answered by Gareth Evans, Reactive Suspension If you like the handling at low and high speeds, it doesn’t make any sense to compromise that for parking. Increasing sag will lower the ride height, but also make the handling worse. The best way of reducing the seat height is to get the seat modified.
