‘Ducati gets cool’

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Feature -

“Ducati was famous for its sportbikes, but the late ’60s and ’70s was an age of flower power, the moon landings and free love and the Scrambler fitted this scene perfectly. Its bright colours inspired younger riders and was the first ‘cool’ Ducati for my generation. But the Japanese were making large-capacity bikes - the bevel’s days were numbered.” Engine Single-cylinder, air-cooled 4-stroke, 2-valves, 435cc Power 27bhp @ 6500rpm Weight 145kg
