Think of all the things that you spend £15 a week on? A few pints down the pub? A takeaway or two, half a tank of petrol for the car. How would you feel about spending it on a brand new bike instead?

Suzuki GB have announced an enticing new offer on their time-proved SV650, meaning that you can ride a box fresh 2017 bike away for just £60 per month (on a 36-month deal after a £1500 deposit – see below for the full details). Suzuki reintroduced the naked 645cc V-twin last year after it was dropped from the range in 2013. The trellis-framed terrier returned with an a whopping 60 new engine parts which took peak power up by 5bhp to 75, and helped reduce the bike’s overall weight by an impressive 8kg.

Providing lots of laughs for not very much cash, the SV has always been a hit with new riders and in recent times has faced stiff competition from the likes of Yamaha’s parallel twin-cylinder MT-07. However, Yamaha can’t quite match this current offer from Suzuki, with the £6239 MT-07 currently available on a 36-month deal for £89 per month (after a £1294 deposit).

Great value used buys

If you don’t fancy signing yourself up for a finance deal on a brand new SV650, there are currently over 70 used examples for sale now on Mcnbikesforsale.com.
