Britain’s best biking weekend has arrived!

One well-known school of thought says: If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Another one states (in a slightly passiveaggressive manner) that If you stand still you’re going backwards...

So, this year’s Carole Nash MCN Festival of Motorcycling somehow (cleverly, some would say) manages to achieve both of the above. The very best bits from previous years – like the brilliant retail area, dirt track racing, awesome autojumble and camping fun and games – are now even bigger than before. The amount of cracking clubs eager to bring along a wide range of bikes has grown significantly since the Festival burst into life three years ago, and that area has been extended for 2017.

And there’s plenty of new feature to help take the Festival to new heights in 2017. Former BSB star Chris Walker will take to the track to do battle in the white-knuckle Hooligan Race, there’s a free-for-campers Premier League Peterborough v Newcastle speedway match, and more amazing new bikes to demo ride than ever before. There’s also a stack of classic and modern machines being fired up over the weekend to bring the site alive.

Of course, what really makes the Carole Nash MCN Festival of Motorcycling so brilliant is the people who go! See you there.
