What facilities are available on
What are the opening/closing times for the campsite?
Campers can access the campsite from 4pm on Friday, May 12 and are required to leave the campsite by 7.30pm on Sunday, May 14. Children aged 15 and under get in free.
What is there to do in the evenings?
We’ve ramped up the action for anyone making a weekend of the Festival. The Yamaha Dark Side party is now taking place both Friday and Saturday nights, plus there is a full round of championship speedway racing. Both are free to all Festival campers!
Carers will receive one free ticket for each paying disabled visitor. This also applies to those wishing to camp for the weekend. Please note, on arrival carers will be required to provide proof of entitlement of at least one of the following: • Letter/ notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment • Letter from your doctor.
Can we bring a dog?
Dogs are permitted but strongly advise against bringing one due to the nature of the activity at this event (loud noise, fast bikes, bike racing). If you do bring a dog it must be kept on a short lead at all times. It is the responsibility of the owner to clear up after their dog. Failure to adhere to this rule may lead to dogs being banned from future events.
There will be drinking water, showers, toilets security lockers (extra charge) and a restaurant offering a range of food for both breakfast and dinner Please be aware that there are no electrical hook-ups available.
Can we have a BBQ?
Sorry, we have a no BBQ policy for this event.
Can I bring children?
Yes, your children are welcome. Children aged 15 or under get in free with a paying adult. Anyone aged 16 or over will be charged entry as a standard adult.
What about security?
Security personnel will be patrolling the showground 24 hours a day. Please do not rely on security to protect your personal belongings. Your personal belongings are your own responsibility and the organisers do not take responsibility for any damages or loss during the event. Secure lockers are available to rent in the campsite.
What is the latest I can buy a discount ticket?
Discount tickets are available online until midnight on Thursday May 11. After that date tickets will be available online and on the gate at the price of £20 for standard adult day tickets and £40 for adult camping tickets
Are we able to camp in a group?
Yes. Make the most of our group camping deal – buy nine camping passes and get one free. Discount group camping tickets can be booked online until midday, Thursday May 11.
Keep it neat and tidy
We’ll be handing out rubbish sacks as you arrive at the campsite, please use these bags for all rubbish and waste during your stay. Please note that campers aren’t allowed to leave unwanted tents and other items on site after the festival.
Bonfires and fireworks
The showground has a no fireworks and bonfire policy throughout the Festival and camping area which will be strictly enforced by the on-site security team.
