What are the open­ing/clos­ing times for the camp­site?

Campers can ac­cess the camp­site from 4pm on Fri­day, May 12 and are re­quired to leave the camp­site by 7.30pm on Sun­day, May 14. Chil­dren aged 15 and un­der get in free.

What is there to do in the evenings?

We’ve ramped up the ac­tion for any­one mak­ing a week­end of the Fes­ti­val. The Yamaha Dark Side party is now tak­ing place both Fri­day and Satur­day nights, plus there is a full round of cham­pi­onship speed­way racing. Both are free to all Fes­ti­val campers!

Disabled ac­cess

Carers will re­ceive one free ticket for each pay­ing disabled vis­i­tor. This also ap­plies to those wish­ing to camp for the week­end. Please note, on ar­rival carers will be re­quired to pro­vide proof of en­ti­tle­ment of at least one of the fol­low­ing: • Let­ter/ no­tice of en­ti­tle­ment for Per­sonal In­de­pen­dence Pay­ment • Let­ter from your doc­tor.

Can we bring a dog?

Dogs are per­mit­ted but strongly ad­vise against bring­ing one due to the na­ture of the ac­tiv­ity at this event (loud noise, fast bikes, bike racing). If you do bring a dog it must be kept on a short lead at all times. It is the re­spon­si­bil­ity of the owner to clear up af­ter their dog. Fail­ure to ad­here to this rule may lead to dogs be­ing banned from fu­ture events.

the camp­site?

There will be drink­ing wa­ter, show­ers, toi­lets se­cu­rity lock­ers (ex­tra charge) and a restau­rant of­fer­ing a range of food for both break­fast and din­ner Please be aware that there are no elec­tri­cal hook-ups avail­able.

Can we have a BBQ?

Sorry, we have a no BBQ pol­icy for this event.

Can I bring chil­dren?

Yes, your chil­dren are wel­come. Chil­dren aged 15 or un­der get in free with a pay­ing adult. Any­one aged 16 or over will be charged en­try as a stan­dard adult.

What about se­cu­rity?

Se­cu­rity per­son­nel will be pa­trolling the show­ground 24 hours a day. Please do not rely on se­cu­rity to pro­tect your per­sonal be­long­ings. Your per­sonal be­long­ings are your own re­spon­si­bil­ity and the or­gan­is­ers do not take re­spon­si­bil­ity for any dam­ages or loss dur­ing the event. Se­cure lock­ers are avail­able to rent in the camp­site.

What is the lat­est I can buy a dis­count ticket?

Dis­count tick­ets are avail­able on­line un­til mid­night on Thurs­day May 11. Af­ter that date tick­ets will be avail­able on­line and on the gate at the price of £20 for stan­dard adult day tick­ets and £40 for adult camp­ing tick­ets

Are we able to camp in a group?

Yes. Make the most of our group camp­ing deal – buy nine camp­ing passes and get one free. Dis­count group camp­ing tick­ets can be booked on­line un­til mid­day, Thurs­day May 11.

Keep it neat and tidy

We’ll be hand­ing out rub­bish sacks as you ar­rive at the camp­site, please use these bags for all rub­bish and waste dur­ing your stay. Please note that campers aren’t al­lowed to leave un­wanted tents and other items on site af­ter the fes­ti­val.

Bon­fires and fire­works

The show­ground has a no fire­works and bon­fire pol­icy through­out the Fes­ti­val and camp­ing area which will be strictly en­forced by the on-site se­cu­rity team.
