BSB GETS A BOOST FROM CADBURY’S
ON SALE EVERY WEDNESDAY
James Whitham was at the peak of his powers in the Mcn-sponsored British Superbike series and took a well-fought double win at Snetteton. Whit, who was riding for Cadbury’s Boost Yamaha, recovered from bad starts to clinch a double that helped him close the gap on team-mate Niall Mackenzie to 23 points. Only one man in the field is still a professional racer – podium man Michael Rutter. Long before he became a TT legend, a youthful John Mcguinness came 11th in the 250cc race that supported BSB.
