Motorcycle News (UK) - - TT 2017 PREVIEW - Sports Editor

In just three days time Ian Hutchinson, Michael Dunlop, Guy Martin and the rest will set off down the Bray Hill, kicking off what is shaping up to be an epic 2017 TT. Last year saw Hutchinson and Dunlop share the spoils, winning five races between them and they are heading into this year’s showdown as fierce rivals – both desperate to stamp their authority on the event.

Fans’ favourite Guy Martin is back, onboard the new Honda Racing Fireblade, but for the first time in 22 years, Mcguinness won’t be racing due to injuries sustained at the North West 200.

We’ve spoken with all the other contenders from the laid-back Bruce Anstey through to Lee Johnston, Conor Cummins and James Hillier to name but a few.

On the technical side, we’ve gone under the skin of the world’s best road racing machines with insight from the men that have prepared the Suzuki, BMW, Honda and Kawasaki. Plus, we examine the chances of the stunning Norton V4RRSG6 that will be campaigned by Josh Brookes and Dave Johnson.

And for those of you lucky enough to be heading to the TT, we’ve pulled together details of the very best places to watch and invaluable tips on how to get the best out of your stay.
