RIDE TO THE SUNSET

Motorcycle News (UK) - - This Week -

2Our choice A498 in Snowdonia What makes it special? Watching the sun disappear behind the Snowdonia mountain range is incredible. And importantly, so are the surrounding roads. They’re ridiculously squiggly; trying to plot a route will make your map look like a five-year-old scribbled all over it. But be careful, not just because of the suicidal bouncing balls of wool, but because this evening is all about watching the sun go down. Keep an eye on the time and head for the car park on the A498, where you can soak it all in and watch the sun set over one of the UK’S most beautiful National Parks. There’s plenty of camping in Snowdonia, so take a disposable BBQ and make a night of it. Other great sunset locations O Hunstanton seafront: Great fish and chips and A149 is area’s best road O Stonehenge: Hang with the hippies and ride the great A360 from Devizes O Angel of the North: Stunning against a ruddy sky, bike park nearby

Ride awesome rides but don’t miss the sunset
