Q Is it worth collecting evidence as I ride?

Motorcycle News (UK) - - Garage -

I ride into central Manchester every day and have the occasional moment but nothing to get too excited about. Should I get a camera to record any dangerous driving? Dave Harviek, Poynton

A Answered by Keith Roissetter, Infinity Motorcycles Those moments can turn into shunts very quickly, and if you’re in the right why wouldn’t you want some live action footage as proof? The well-known and well proven Gopro Hero 5 is one of the market leaders, whilst the Drift Ghost 4K action offers similar performance in a lot of ways. The Tomtom Bandit Base camera does all kinds of clever things that are far beyond my technical capabilities, but if you own a teenager they’ll show you how to use it. The same can be said of the Garmin Virb Ultra 30. Not quite as featured-packed, but still very worthwhile, and very compact, is the Drift Compass. The same is true of the ‘baby’ Gopro Hero Session.
