The days of sub-£1k NC30S are long gone: good grey im­ports can be as much as £4000 while pukka UK ex­am­ples are the top side of six – al­though you can still find half-de­cent greys for around £3k. Buy one and you’ll still get the taste of ‘RC30 for bud­get money’ – that was al­ways the gem-like Honda’s ap­peal.
