“Cutting through some of the most beautiful scenery in Britain, fill up at Callander town before you head up to the Highlands. The A84 past lochs and tree-lined roads is a pleasure and oining the A85, it just gets better.” Length 290 miles Love it because This is a ride has it all – twisties, fast A-roads, motorways, two national parks and even stretches across multiple countries! It could also mark the perfect start of a longer weekend away touring Scotland. Take a picture at The Angel of the North marks the start of your adventure and is an iconic picture stop in itself. Stop for a cuppa at Coming to the end of the journey, it’s a good iedea stop off in Fort William. Sat on the bank of Loch Eil, the small town has plenty of places to eat and drink. Watch out for Keep an eye out for Police traffic cars as you make your way along the A1 and unmarked cars on the A85. Best bike for the job A journey like this is perfect for a touring bike.
