Firm’s touring twins
The Tracer 900 has been a solid tourer for the two years it’s been on sale but it was due an update and Yamaha have delivered. The changes are purely to the ride feel, so there’s a larger windscreen for increased weather protection as well as narrower bars that take your arms out of the airflow. The seat has been redesigned and now has two height options and pillions will be glad to hear there are new footrests and redesigned grab handles.
The GT gets all the improvements of the standard model, while adding on some premium extras. It comes with Yamaha hard luggage as standard, which have 22l of luggage capacity.
The GT also comes with a fullcolour TFT dash, adjustable suspension with remote preload at the rear, a quickshifter and cruise control. The Tracer 900 is available from March next year with the GT following in June.
