Thunder Road: the Tuono V4 Time-line

Tuono V4R launched with mildly detuned 999cc, 167bhp V4 engine from the RSV4,a subtly revised chassis and optional APRC(Aprilia Performance RideControl) electronics. Tuono V4R ABS features not only anti-lock for its new Brembo Monobloc calipers, but tweaked 70bhp engine, bigger 18.5-litre tank, softer seat and updated traction control. Tuono V4 has engine bored to 1077cc to give 73bhp, plus steeper steering geometry and longer swing-arm. The RRmodel has Sachs springs; new Factory gets Ohlins.
