✦ Unplug for a whole week – no phone, no TV, no Internet… Eek!

✦ Give your lunch to a homeless person. ✦ Send a message in a bottle out to sea.
Walk barefoot on a beach. Once your feet are tough enough, walk barefoot in a forest!
