My Weekly Special - - Relaxing With The Stars -

“I’m not really very good at relaxing. I enjoy my work and it takes a lot for me not to be engaged in it or thinking about it. Yes, I’ll have a drink and a chat, go for a meal or do any of the usual things but I find relaxing quite hard work. I think the most relaxing thing I have ever done was when I went on holiday and had the opportunity to swim with dolphins. I hesitated at first because they are better swimmers than me and I didn’t want them to show me up but I decided to take the plunge and they were marvellous. So there I was in clean, warm water with these dolphins who were very friendly and welcoming and showed me what they could do in the water before giving me a bit of space so that I could show them what I could do. I don’t think they were very impressed but they were very polite at least and just kept grinning at me, like they do. I found the whole experience fascinating and just wonderfully relaxing. I could have stayed there forever but I don’t think the dolphins would have put up with me for that long.”
