Roasted Strawberries With Lemon Ripple
Ingredients (Serves 1)
✦ 110g strawberries, hulled ✦ 15g butter ✦ 1tsp grated zest and 1tbsp
juice of an orange ✦ 1tsp caster sugar ✦ 3tbsp crème fraîche ✦ 2tsp lemon curd
1Preheat the oven to 220°C, Gas 7. Spread the strawberries in one layer in a small ovenproof dish. Dot with the butter. Sprinkle with the orange zest and juice and the sugar. Roast for 10-12min until soft but still keeping their shape. Spoon the strawberries and juices into a dish. Gently swirl the lemon curd into the crème fraîche and then spoon into the dish. Serve immediately.
