EMMERDALE

My Weekly Special - - FESTIVE DRAMAS -

As the saying goes, “it’s grim up north” but nothing could have prepared the residents of Emmerdale for the freak storm of 2003. Ten years on the from the infamous plane crash of ’93, Tricia Dingle was to die in the most unlikely and traumatic circumstances. On her way to enjoy an emotional reunion with her husband Marlon, Tricia was the unfortunate victim of a lightning storm which demolished an oak tree, the roof of the Woolpack and in turn the wall of the pub. All three conspired to trap and eventually kill poor Tricia.
