Many woman feel the dis­com­for t of vagi­nal dr yness al­most con­stantly – when they go from sit­ting to stand­ing, go­ing to the loo and dur­ing ex­er­cise. We just can’t stress this enough, but do stay hy­drated. Wear cot­ton un­der wear and avoid harsh cleans­ing agents in soaps and wash­ing pow­ders. Most menopausal sup­ple­ments con­tain in­gre­di­ents to com­bat oe­stro­gen decre­ment, but keep an eye out for ones which con­tain soy isoflavones.
