Sparkling Pros­ecco Jelly Wob­blers

Prepa­ra­tion: 20 min­utes, plus 3-4 hours set­ting Makes: 6

Ingredients:

½ tablet lime jelly, cut into cubes

½ tablet orange jelly, cut into cubes

½ tablet rasp­berry or straw­berry jelly, cut into cubes

450ml pros­ecco or lemon­ade

150ml dou­ble cream Gold con­fetti cake decoration or coloured sprin­kles

Dis­solve each flavour of jelly in 150ml boil­ing wa­ter. Make up each one to 300ml with pros­ecco (for an al­co­holic hit!) or lemon­ade.

Share the liq­uid be­tween 6 ser ving glasses and trans­fer to the fridge to set for

3-4 hours, or overnight.

To fin­ish, whip the cream in a chilled bowl un­til it holds its shape. Pipe or spoon on top of the jel­lies, then ser ve, scat­tered with gold con­fetti cake decoration or coloured sprin­kles.
