Sparkling Prosecco Jelly Wobblers
Preparation: 20 minutes, plus 3-4 hours setting Makes: 6
½ tablet lime jelly, cut into cubes
½ tablet orange jelly, cut into cubes
½ tablet raspberry or strawberry jelly, cut into cubes
450ml prosecco or lemonade
150ml double cream Gold confetti cake decoration or coloured sprinkles
Dissolve each flavour of jelly in 150ml boiling water. Make up each one to 300ml with prosecco (for an alcoholic hit!) or lemonade.
Share the liquid between 6 ser ving glasses and transfer to the fridge to set for
3-4 hours, or overnight.
To finish, whip the cream in a chilled bowl until it holds its shape. Pipe or spoon on top of the jellies, then ser ve, scattered with gold confetti cake decoration or coloured sprinkles.
