The Celebrity Masterchef winner is cooking up a storm with a lovely new mothers' recipe book
◆ Going on Celebrity Masterchef was the most spontaneous decision I have ever made. I did worry afterwards as to why I had said yes to it, but the sun was shining and it was a good day and I thought why not? And thank goodness I did! It’s changed my life.
◆ Food has always been an icebreaker for me when I don’t know someone. It’s that immediate rapport. I have always got my recipes from speaking to people and I thought it would be a really nice starting point to share my friends' "go to" special meals in my new book.
◆ Outside my work and family, my biggest passion has to be yoga. I try and do it twice a week. My sister is a yoga teacher now and I am very lucky to be able to go to her house. But I equally just love being with my family.
◆ The last time I laughed out loud was this morning! I was doing yoga at my sister’s house and the dog came up and started looking at me. I was meant to be relaxing but all I could think about was this pair of eyes staring at me!
◆ I love going to Pembrokeshire on holiday. It’s such a beautiful place and we always go horse riding there. I love the countryside and we visit a lot.
◆ I have been recognised in lots of random places! It always feels so bizarre if I am coming out of the toilets and someone spots me!
