Smoked Salmon Mousse Bli­nis

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS ◆ 213g can red salmon, drained ◆ 50g low fat soft cheese ◆ 2tsp chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs to gar­nish ◆ 12 cock­tail bli­nis (tiny pan­cakes) ◆ 80g smoked salmon, sliced into thin strips ◆ Freshly-ground black pep­per 1 Re­move the skin and bones from the canned salmon, mash it with a fork, then stir in the soft cheese and chopped dill. 2 Share the salmon mousse be­tween the bli­nis, then gar­nish with smoked salmon and dill sprigs. Serve, sprin­kled with black pep­per.
