Whether you’re on hol­i­day with your kids, your friends, or your part­ner, sched­ul­ing in some time for your­self (even if it’s only an hour) is the key to de-stress­ing. What­ever it is, make sure you al­low your­self to re­lax, be­cause your hol­i­day will be over be­fore you know it!
