More than 1,000 of you took part in our No.1 sur­vey which asked how Scot­tish women are treated in the work­place. Whether it’s un­fair treat­ment of new mums, un­in­vited com­ments on your ap­pear­ance, or women be­ing paid much less than male col­leagues do­ing the same role, it’s clear that – de­spite women’s rights cam­paigns and equal pay leg­is­la­tion – women still feel dis­crim­i­nated against in Scot­land.
