More than 1,000 of you took part in our No.1 survey which asked how Scottish women are treated in the workplace. Whether it’s unfair treatment of new mums, uninvited comments on your appearance, or women being paid much less than male colleagues doing the same role, it’s clear that – despite women’s rights campaigns and equal pay legislation – women still feel discriminated against in Scotland.
