She is half of “one of the happiest couples in showbiz”. In summer 2016, the Beckhams celebrated 17 years of marriage. The couple married in July 1999 – complete with golden thrones to sit on – and they have been sitting pretty ever since. Despite cheat scandals, tabloid break-up rumours, and reportedly spending most of last summer apart (which prompted “heading for divorce” headlines), DVB have stayed strong. In a series of cute Instagram posts, David has declared his love for his wife. On their wedding anniversary, he wrote: “I was lucky to meet someone who has the same drive and wanted the same things in life” and on her birthday, he said: “Happy birthday to this beautiful passionate woman. In 42 years you have been able to achieve so much and it feels you are only just starting. Happy birthday we love you”. The family-of-six are now settling into their renovated £30million sevenbedroom mansion in London’s affluent Holland Park.
