Heav­enly Hair For Years

A good head of hair sig­ni­fies youth­ful­ness and de­fies age and, just like skin, the con­di­tion of your hair is an out­ward sign of in­side health. But there is more to car­ing for your hair than reg­u­lar wash­ing, con­di­tion­ing and brush­ing. Make sure you eat healthily with plenty of pro­tein (to avoid brit­tle and dry hair) and iron (to boost hair growth) and in­clude Omega 3 (to keep scalp hy­drated) in your diet. Colour­ing hair of­ten af­fects the con­di­tion of your locks, as does con­stant styling, so try to re­duce the num­ber of ‘cut and colours’ and only wash your hair two or three times a week.
