YOU ARE GLUED TO THE TV OR INTERNET
We love watching Strictly Come Dancing and The Great British Bake Off as much as the next person, and boy do we know that Facebook can be equally captivating. However, habitually staying at home on the sofa watching TV or surfing the internet will almost certainly turn you into a couch potato with an expanding waistline, square eyes and maybe feeling that you’re missing out doing more productive or fun activities. Is it time to shake things up and turn off the TV or computer? Or you could cut back and limit yourself to your favourite shows and instead spend your spare time pursuing a hobby, walking with family and friends, reading a book or getting jobs done around the house. Do you watch the news multiple times everyday or watch aggressionfilled shows? Consider watching only programmes and websites that are positive and uplifting. Less time looking at a screen and more time doing productive and fun things will help you feel healthier and happier.
